Timetable Clash/Unit Override Request Form

Timetable Clash/Unit Overload Request Form

This page has been designed for two purposes;
(1) for students who have attempted to enrol through Access Adelaide but due to timetable clashes, the addition of courses has not been successful and
(2) for students who have attempted to enrol in a course through Access Adelaide which will result in a unit overload - an enrolment in units above the allowed number of units for a semester.

In each case a error number will be generated in Access Adelaide. You MUST record this number below for the form to be processed.

It is possible that some students will need to fill out both the 'Timetable Clash Information' and the 'Unit Overload' sections of this form.

Students applying to enrol into courses which the total unit value exceeds 16 units are required to complete the Unit Overload section. Approval for the overload is based on previous academic preformance and with consideration to your future study pathways. The approval of the overload is done in consultation with the Associate Dean (Learning and Quality).

Students who have more than one timetable clash will need to complete a separate form for each clash.

While every attempt will be made to action your requests within 24hrs, please allow up to 3 days for processing.
