Sciences Alumni

If you are a current or former student, current or former staff member or a graduate of the University of Adelaide, you are an alumnus.

The University of Adelaide recognises the importance of our alumni in shaping our current and future identity. Development and Alumni aim to foster mutually beneficial relationships between alumni, the University and the community. 

The University of Adelaide recognises the importance of connecting with alumni in shaping our current and future identity. As an alumnus, your connection to the University community is through the people and places you are familiar with. Each Faculty is different, and indeed so are their associated alumni communities. Because of this, the Faculty of Sciences has a dedicated Development and Alumni Officer to specifically cater to the needs of Sciences alumni.

Where Are They Now?

If you are a Sciences graduate and you are currently working in industry, we want to hear from you! Knowing where our graduates are employed helps to us improve current programs and give career advice to current and future students.

There are many privileges available to registered alumni. An exciting new Membership Program will soon be launched to include a number of exclusive alumni privileges.

There are many ways to stay connected to the University community

• Come along to one of the many events held at the University throughout the year. There is something for everyone!

• Groups of like-minded alumni gather all over the world in alumni networks. Join an existing network or start your own!
• Stay in touch by joining the new online community Adelaide onLION launching 1st July 2008.
• Provide insight into your industry for current students by becoming an industry mentor in our Student and Industry Program.
• To continue to build on our excellence, we need to invest in vitally important resources. If you (or your organisation) would like to lend financial support to the University as a gift, bequest, scholarship or award, click here to find out how.
• Have you thought about volunteering at the University of Adelaide? There are opportunities to suit every interest and time commitment. 

To Register or Update Your Details

If you have previously registered and wish to update your details, simply log on to Adelaide onLION and follow the links to 'My Account'. To register as an alumnus for the first time or if you have not received your user name and password you will need to request an account.

Using Adelaide onLION you can edit subscriptions to University publications and register your interest in joining an alumni network or receiving information regarding particular areas of the University.
